Shipping policy

At LA POLIÈ Fragrances, every fragrance is handled with care from formulation to final delivery. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may extend slightly. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified promptly.

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after processing.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable national carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Carrier selection is determined at checkout or at our discretion based on destination and service level.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee interception once the package has shipped.

  • Additional reshipment fees may apply.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors or your building management.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping 

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees required by their country

Customs delays are outside of our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if a modification is needed.
